1. First Hello → Discovery Call
It all begins when you reach out. I schedule a quick call (around 5–10 minutes) to understand your project type, goals, and timeline. This is also your chance to get a feel for how I work and ask questions before we move ahead.
2. Understanding Your Needs → Project Form
Once we’ve spoken, I’ll share a short Google Form. This helps gather your requirements, inspiration, and expectations in one place. Having it in writing ensures nothing gets missed and makes the next steps more efficient.
3. Deep Dive → Detailed Discussion & Estimate
After reviewing your form, we’ll have a more detailed interaction to refine scope and direction. I’ll then share a clear estimate and timeline so you know exactly what’s included and what to expect.
4. Defining the Scope
Before we begin, we agree on the project scope, deliverables, and timelines. Any additional requests beyond the agreed scope are treated as add-ons and quoted separately.
5. Communication That Works
▸ Primary communication happens via email (or a shared project board if required).
▸ Quick check-ins can happen over calls, but approvals and feedback must be shared in writing.
▸ Timely feedback helps keep the project on track.
6. Revisions
Each project includes two rounds of revisions (unless otherwise specified). Additional rounds are billed separately, ensuring the process stays focused and efficient.
7. Project Payment
▸ A 50% advance is required to begin work.
▸ The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery, before releasing open/editable files.
▸ For long-term projects, phased payments can be arranged.
▸ Payments are accepted via bank transfer or UPI (details will be on the invoice).
▸ For international clients, I accept PayPal or Wise (any transfer fees are to be covered by the client).
Note: I work independently and am not GST-registered. Invoices are issued without GST.
8. Ownership & Usage
▸ Final files are handed over once full payment is received.
▸ You receive rights to use the delivered assets for the agreed purpose.
▸ Drafts, unused concepts, and explorations remain my intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
9. File Delivery
You’ll receive the final deliverables in all agreed formats (print-ready, web-ready, etc.). Open files (AI, PSD, Procreate) are provided only if included in the project scope.
10. Cancellations
▸ If a project is canceled after work begins, the advance payment is non-refundable.
▸ If canceled mid-way, payment is due for the work completed up to that point.
